Executive Chef Giles Svehlek is excited to serve unforgettable mouth watering cuisine to compliment the BEST ENTERTAINMENT in the Midwest!

Giles (Guy) Svehlek…pronounced “svay-leck” boasts a lifetime in the restaurant industry and has been honored to serve countless dignitaries, including President Gerald Ford, Governor Tommy Thompson, personal favorite, Monsignor Felix Oehrlein, and one very Special guest he looks forward to serving is … YOU!

The Broadway Dinner Theatre will serve this spectacular dinner, prepared by our in-house chef. Dinner is accompanied with your choice of coffee, tea or iced tea.  Soft drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available as well as specialty drinks and a selection of domestic and imported beers and wines. Gourmet speciality desserts are also available.

The Broadway Dinner Theatre has a vegetarian and a gluten free menu available upon request in the theatre dining room.  If you or someone in your party has a special dietary request or concern, please bring it to the attention of your reservationist.
