What is included in the ticket price?
All ticket prices include dinner & show. Dinner includes a salad, the Chefs show selection entrée, vegetable, rolls & butter, dessert and milk, coffee, tea or iced tea.
Not included: specialty non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, gourmet desserts, and gratuities.
How far in advance can I place reservations?
Tickets can be reserved for any advanced date.
Do you have a dress code?
The Broadway Dinner Theatres does not have a dress code. However, some people dress up – more often for the dinner show than for the matinee. However, we want our guests to be comfortable, so feel free to wear shorts, tennis shoes or blue jeans if you so choose.
Is parking available on site?
Ample parking is available on site and, it's free!
What is the latest time to arrive for dinner?
To guarantee relaxed dining, we recommend you arrive for lunch/dinner fifteen minutes prior to serving time (dinner 6:30 pm, lunch 12:30 pm)
Do you offer anything special for guests celebrating special occasions?
Birthdays and anniversaries are made special at The Broadway Dinner Theatre. Champagne and birthday cakes (large or small) can be pre-ordered through the box office. Our tuxedoed greeter will be happy to announce your occasion from the stage if requested in advance through the box office. You can also order flowers for your table.
Can I bring my infant?
Broadway Dinner Theatre welcomes families and children of all ages. Children 0-3 are free if they sit on a parents lap and do not require a separate seat. We do request that if a young child or infant gets fussy during a show that they temporarily leave the theatre area so as not to disturb other guests.
Do you have children's discounts and children's menus?
Of Course! Children 11 and under are only $12 and if a child is 3 or under and does not require a separate seat they are free! A children’s menu is being developed at this time.
Do you offer discounts for senior citizens?
Discounts are available for seniors age 60+ for all performances. Please ask your reservationist.
Do you offer a vegetarian menu and do you cater to people with specific food allergies?
The Broadway Dinner Theatre has a vegetarian menu available upon request in the theatre dining room. If you or someone in your party has a special dietary request or concern, please bring it to the attention of your reservationist.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. In the case of severe weather, when travel is not advised, tickets may be exchanged for any alternate date. Check with the box office.
How can I be contacted in case of an emergency?
A paging system is only used in the case of an emergency theatre evacuation. Please leave the following phone numbers for your sitter: 1-888-998-7469(box office) or 608-253-2006.
What's your policy on cell phones in the theatre?
The ringing of a cell phone is distracting for the audience and the performers. If you bring a cell phone into the theatre, we ask that you turn it off before the performance begins. If you must use your phone at intermission, please remember to turn it off before re-entering the theatre.
What's your policy on cameras in the theatre?
The use of cameras and recording equipment are prohibited during performances. You may take pictures at your table prior to the performance. For your convenience, a professional photographer will be on-site taking professional pictures that you may purchase if you so choose.
How can I order a gift certificate?
Gift certificates make wonderful gifts for everyone on your shopping list. They can be ordered over the telephone or at our box office.

The Broadway dinner theatre holds auditions once or twice a year in New York, Chicago and Madison, WI. Information is available on our website under auditions.
